Intensive Indian Cooking Class

Intensive Indian Cooking Class is a Private Cooking Class which is Hands-on and completely customizable to your actual requirements.

If you want to develop an in-depth understanding of Indian Cooking, spices and herbs and various cooking techniques and wants to stock your kitchen with all spices and herbs this is the best class for you. Just for information even a simple Indian dish needs at least 8-12 spices.

The class follows "Indian Science of Living Well-Balanced & Healthy Life" from where both Indian Cooking & Yoga originated. As a part of the class, we will cover How Indians over the centuries have used Food for “Nutritional, and Therapeutic” purpose and not just for satisfying hunger and taste.

1 Intensive Class = 4 Healthy Indian Recipes Class (our other Private Class)

As in this class, we use the Approach of Learning Building Blocks of Indian Cooking rather than just teaching the recipes. Thus just by learning 4-5 cooking ideas you will have enough skill, knowledge, and confidence to cook 25-30 recipes after the class.

Healthy Indian Recipes Class

Healthy Indian Recipes Class is a Private Cooking Class which is Hands-on and customizable.

If you do not want to stock your kitchen with all spices and herbs and prefer convenience over in-depth understanding of spices and herbs this is the right class for you.

The focus in this class is on learning the Indian Cooking Techniques and How to create health-taste balance.

Each of you will hands-on cook 1 dish, and we will also cook a Whole Wheat Bread OR a Rice dish. You can choose these dishes from our Recipe Kits (www.indianhomecook.com) list.

We will be using our Recipe Kits to create these dishes. These Recipe Kits are pre-measured, pre-mixed, custom-blended dry Indian ingredients required to create Indian dishes of 3-4 serving size each. Even a simple Indian dish require around 10-12 spices and difficult dishes require nothing less than 25 spices.
